Janna Fain is the Managing Partner of Ignite Marketing Group, LLC.  For over twenty years, she honed her skills in companies ranging from high-tech start-ups to the Fortune 100.  Her positions ranged from Business Development to Customer-Focused Sales, Marketing, Sales Management, to Leadership Development and Organizational Effectiveness.

All of the organizations and positions had three things in common:  they were fast-paced, high-growth and results-oriented.  And that fits Janna's style to a tee.  Whatever her role, she quickly develops the reputation as an innovative troubleshooter with a very human touch, a pragmatic realist with superb interpersonal skills.  And she gets results.

In 2001, Janna left the corporate world and launched Joie de Vivre Consulting Services (now Ignite Inside!) to assist clients of all sizes who were going through transition.  Her down-to-earth, lighthearted approach won over even the most stubborn resisters to change.

In 2003, she co-founded Ignite Marketing Group, LLC and enhanced her offerings by adding the power of the Monopolize Your Marketplace system to her repertoire.  As a Strategic Business and Marketing Consultant, her clients enjoy her results-oriented yet personable style.

Janna understands that businesses don't want to "live" with a consultant...they need someone who can get in, get the job done, and get out.  So she consciously "trains the trainer" as she goes along, allowing organizations to easily become self-sufficient after an engagement.
